'The Lookout' Director Scott Frank Rewriting Assassin’s Creed Film

Minority Report & this year's The Wolverine's screenwriter Scott Frank is rewriting the Assassin’s Creed film. The original screenplay for the film was put together by Mike Lesslie, but now "The Lookout" director Scott Frank has revealed that he's been drafted in to work on the film.

Frank's previous credits include Minority Report, Get Shorty and Out Of Sight. Assassin’s Creed already has Michael Fassbender attached to star. 

The Assassin's Creed film is a feature-length motion picture, based on the award-winning video game, being produced by Ubisoft Motion Pictures and Frank Marshall. It will be distributed by 20th Century Fox for a planned release of 19 June 2015.
