First Motion Poster "A Tidal Wave Of Blood" For "300: Rise Of An Empire"


After a releasing a series of new character posters for 300: Rise of an Empire over Comic-Con 2013, Warner Bros. has released this awesome new motion poster showcasing Sullivan Stapleton as Themistokles and a tidal wave of blood.

Directed by Noam Murro and written by Zack Snyder and Kurt Johnstad, the March 7, 2014 release also stars Hans Matheson, David Wenham, Igal Naor, Callan Mulvey, Jack O'Connell and Andrew Tiernan. The film is set for U.S. Release on August 2nd, 2014. 






Official Synopsis:


"After its victory over Leonidas' 300, the Persian Army under the command of Xerxes marches south towards the major Greek city-states. The Democratic city of Athens, first on the path of Xerxes' army, bases its strength on its fleet, led by admiral Themistocles. Themistocles is forced to an unwilling alliance with the traditional rival of Athens, oligarchic Sparta whose might lies with its superior infantry troops. But Xerxes still reigns supreme in numbers over sea and land."
