First Look At The Prison Escape Thriller Schwarzenegger & Stallone's 'Escape Plan'

"Escape Plan" (Initially known as "Exit Plan" and "The Tomb") is an upcoming action adventure thriller film directed by Swedish filmmaker Mikael Håfström and starring Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Caviezel and Vinnie Jones. Escape Plan is written by Miles Chapman (screenplay) and Jason Keller (rewrite). The film will follow Stallone's character Ray Breslin, a structural engineer who is wrongly convicted of a crime, and is incarcerated in a prison of his own design, aided in his escape by his cellmate Rottmayer (Schwarzenegger).

Late last summer, we got our first look at the new prison escape thriller titled The Tomb starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone. Well, since then, the film from director Mikael Håfström (1408, The Rite) has been retitled Escape Plan, and now the fall release is gearing up the hype machine with the first poster. That usually means the first trailer isn't too far behind, likely arriving sometime next week, but until then this poster is pretty cool. It features Sly and Arnold back-to-back in what the tagline touts as "the most secure prison ever built," so this will probably be an impressive, heist-style escape. Look!

"Ray Breslin, the world's foremost authority on structural security, agrees to take on one last job: breaking out of an ultra-secret, high-tech facility called "The Tomb." But when he is wrongly imprisoned, he must recruit fellow inmate Emil Rottmayer to help devise a daring, nearly impossible plan to escape from the most protected and fortified prison ever built."
